Our menu is written monthly to ensure that only the freshest seasonal produce is on offer. We live in what we believe to be one of the best all-round growing regions in Australia, and in fact, the world. With that in mind we have, and continue to, source and build relationships with the best producers and providores that our region has to offer. Owner/partner and head chef Lia Wilson cooks from the heart without pretence with the sole aim of fulfilling our guests appetite.
BOOZE
Just as our menu changes, so do our wine, spirit and beer lists. Against our wishes we painstakingly taste and sample wines from all over the world for your enjoyment. our selection process is based on 3 key factors;
1.booze to drink right now – we purchase very small quantities of interesting booze that is at it’s
optimum drinking.
2.Wines and rare spirits that last – some have
already been aged for you and others will come to life in the future
3.To showcase unknown and boutique beer, spirits and wines that demonstrate quality, regional expression, innovative and interesting variety and technique.
